Chapter 1: Acceptance

By using this site — browsing it, buying from it, or contacting us through it — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies to your visit.

Chapter 2: Who we are

Chapter 3: Products and descriptions

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Product specifications marked "Specifications (proposed — verify with supplier)" are proposed specifications supplied for the listing and are not yet confirmed with the supplier. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and minor variations in materials and finish are normal.

Chapter 4: Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices shown are the prices you pay for the items, plus taxes calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is free on every U.S. order.

If a price is listed incorrectly — a typo, a stale price, or a system error — we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before shipping, and we will email you to tell you. We will never charge you a higher price than the one shown at checkout without telling you first.

Chapter 5: Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you get an order confirmation email. That email is a receipt for your order — it is not our acceptance of it. We accept your order when your parcel ships. If we cannot fulfill an order — an item is out of stock, a payment fails, or an address cannot be delivered to — we cancel it, refund you in full, and email you to explain.

Chapter 6: Payment

Payment is charged at order placement, through Shopify's secure checkout. See the Payment Policy for the accepted methods and how failed payments are handled.

Chapter 7: Accounts

This store does not require an account to buy. If we add accounts later, you are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for anything done through your account.

Chapter 8: Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, or probe the site, do not submit false order or contact information, and do not use the site to send spam or harmful content. We may block access for anyone who does.

Chapter 9: Intellectual property

The text, images, layout, and branding on this site belong to Pawplay or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Do not copy, reuse, or republish site content without permission.

Chapter 10: Third-party links

The site may link to third-party pages, such as carrier tracking pages and payment providers. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or their policies. Use them under their own terms.

Chapter 11: Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim connected to this site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights under applicable consumer-protection law and our defect cover.

Chapter 12: Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled under Missouri law.
